Return and exchange period:
Within 14 days including the date of arrival of the product
We accept returns and exchanges except in some cases. Please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded in this case. Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded, not the original shipping costs. If the product is damaged due to mishandling by you, the loss in value of the product may be deducted from the refund amount.
Regarding exchanges, due to the nature of the production area, the desired product or size may be out of stock or delivery may take longer than usual. In such cases, we may offer a refund after consultation.
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
- The return/exchange period has expired - Accessories such as tags, packaging, novelties, buttons, etc. are missing (or damaged)
・The item has been altered. ・It has been used. ・The item has an odor. ・It has been washed. ・The item has been scratched, damaged, or soiled while in the customer's possession (including animal hair, other fibers, or dust).

A.UNITED24を通じて寄付された全ての資金は国立銀行に送金され、全額ウクライナ支援の為に使われます。皆様のご寄付は全額有効活用されます。
Q.資金はどのように分配されますか。
A.全ての資金は、ウクライナ国立銀行に送金され、関係省庁(医療省・インフラ省)に割り当てられます。
