Handling of personal information

Article 1: Definition of Personal Information

1. "Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, and means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in the information.

2. Among personal information, "historical information and characteristic information" refers to information other than the "personal information" defined above, such as records of services used and products purchased, pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords, usage dates and times, usage methods, usage environments, postal codes, gender, occupation, age, IP addresses, cookie information, location information, and unique device identification information.

Article 2: Methods of Obtaining Personal Information

1. In this service, users may be asked to provide personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number, etc., at the time of registration. 6. To use information such as usage status, name, and address to refuse service to users who violate the terms of use or attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes, thereby protecting third parties.

7. To use information necessary to respond to customer inquiries, such as inquiry details and billing information, as well as usage status and contact information.

8. Other purposes incidental to the above uses.

Article 4: Management of Personal Information
We will keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date, and take necessary measures such as maintaining a security system, managing systems, and thoroughly educating employees to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and we will strictly manage personal information by implementing safety measures.

Article 5: Disclosure of Personal Information

1. When a user requests disclosure of their personal information, we will disclose it to the user without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following circumstances, we may decide not to disclose all or part of the information, and will notify the user of the decision without delay:
